Dr. Salem Lebada is a podiatrist trained in treating foot and ankle conditions with both a conservative and surgical approach. He is board qualified in foot as well as reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).

Dr. Lebada earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in neuroscience from the University of California, Riverside and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences, and graduated as part of the Pi Delta Honor Society.

Following medical education, Dr. Lebada completed a three-year integrated podiatric medicine and surgery residency with an added credential in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. In addition, he rotated through various locations including Keck USC, Kaiser Permanente Panorama City and Glendale Adventist Hospital.

Throughout his residency, his surgical training focused on lower extremity trauma, end stage arthritis of the foot and ankle, reconstruction of complex foot and ankle deformities, ankle arthroscopy, wound care, and diabetic limb salvage. He completed his residency as Chief Resident in his final year of training.

In his free time, Dr. Lebada is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys basketball, football, hiking, and snowboarding.
